WBC is the immersion of your body into an extremely cold dry environment (-200+ F) for a duration of up to 3 minutes. This process tricks your body into Emergency Survival Mode. When in this state, your body then starts to super fortify your blood with oxygen, andrenaline, endorphines, hormones, enzymes and other nutrients to ensure its survival.
